Why CILIQUE Exists

Outsourcing clinical trials creates a difficult commercial imbalance. Contract Research Organizations (CROs) employ dedicated legal, financial, and account management teams who budget, invoice, and defend change-order claims every single day.

Most biotech and mid-sized pharmaceutical sponsors do not have these dedicated resources. SOWs are often signed under operational schedule pressure, leading to budget leakage during execution. CILIQUE was created to reduce that imbalance.

CILIQUE's role is to establish a collaborative, constructive relationship with your vendor. This is vital for trial delivery. Our goal is to establish factual, document-linked commercial transparency: legitimate additional work should be paid fairly; unsupported overruns should be avoided; sponsor budgets should be protected.

Credibility Summary:

  • Broad Indication & Compound Experience: Deep commercial experience spanning ATMPs, cell & gene therapies, small molecules, biologics, oncology, infectious diseases, immunology, neurology, and cardiovascular trials.
  • Diversified Pedigree: Cross-experience across biotech, pharma, and medical-device sponsor environments.
  • Academic Baseline: Interdisciplinary background in business administration and law.
  • Fair Deal Principle: Firm, data-backed negotiation style that preserves operational relationships.
